I personally know and support Dr. Albert Olszewski for HD11. Al comes from deep roots as a third-generation Montanan born and raised in Great Falls.

—Graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from Carroll College in biology.
—Graduated the University of Washington School of Medicine.
—USAFR lieutenant and received training in aerospace medicine and general and orthopedic surgery.
—Obtained the rank of major.
—Received medals of commendation for providing medical support in the Oklahoma City bombing and the air disaster in Manta, Ecuador.
—A pioneer of minimally invasive knee-replacement surgery.
—Traveled to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, at his own expense to provide care for people devastated by the earthquake.
—Partner and past president of Flathead Orthopedics.
—Director of surgery at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish.
—A member of the board of trustees for Carroll College since 2012.
—The Montana delegate to the Physicians Council for Responsible Reform, a national organization committed to health-care reform.
Dr. Albert Olszewski and his wife Nancy have five children. The Olszewski’s actively supports the Flathead High School Booster Club, 4-H, FFA, Boy Scouts, Hope Pregnancy Center and their local church.
