Emerson Bethards, son of Josh Bethards and Heidi Scott of Kalispell, was born July 5 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
He weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Ricka and Carol Bethards of Ankeny, Iowa. Maternal grandparents are Chuck and Darlene Scott of Ankeny, Iowa.
