The Experience

Taylor Baer, a student in the Culinary Institute of Montana, works on the hot side of the kitchen preparing lunch for patrons on opening day of The Experience, a new student-designed and run restaurant that will be open for lunch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for three weeks. The Experience will offer an assortment of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, drinks and desserts.
