William Jerome Toney, 59

William Jerome Toney, 59, of Kalispell, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, in Accra, Ghana, at the Nyaho Clinic. 

Born April 2, 1958, in Nurnberg, Germany, he was the second son of Wilton Toney Sr., and Sarah Louise DuBose Toney. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Randal Eugene Toney. 

He graduated from East High School of Anchorage, Alaska, and was certified through Aviation Technology Division, University of Alaska Anchorage.  

Jerome was jack-of-all trades and had a strong belief for family. He was chasing his dream to globalize his business by making investments in Ghana. 

He leaves to cherish his memories, three sisters, Delores T. Williams of Augusta, Ga., Elizabeth T. and Kenneth King of Hampton, Va., and Sandra and Ronald Broadnax of Bristow, Va.; and a brother, Wilton Eugene Toney Jr., of Anchorage, Alaska; maternal aunts, Amy D. and Timothy Boney of Temple Hills, Md., and Frances D. and King D. Singleton of Sumter, S.C.; and a very special friend, Misty Hilliard, of Kalispell. Other survivors include a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Jerome will be truly missed by his family and friends. 

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Oswego, S.C. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Meningitis Foundation of America in the honor of William Jerome Toney.
