Open to traffic

Bo Gravlin of Paveco Contracting and Utilities in Kalispell smooths the driveway approach between Fourth Avenue and Papa John’s on Friday. The newly paved Fourth Avenue section between Idaho and Oregon streets has reopened to traffic. Paveco owner Russ Olsen said sidewalks should be finished next week,completing the construction project.
