Whitefish park restrooms now open

The city of Whitefish opened its long-awaited public restrooms on Monday in downtown Whitefish.

The facilities are located on the south end of the O’Shaughnessy Cultural Arts Center, at the north end of Central Avenue. They will be open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week.

Whitefish used tax-increment finance district revenue to award a contract for $191,500 to Meredith Construction to complete the project.
