Madison County official to give lecture on Agenda 21
Madison County Commissioner Dan Happel visits the Flathead Valley Tuesday to give a presentation on Agenda 21, the United Nations action plan for “sustainable development” in the 21st century.
Happel will talk at 7 p.m. at the Gymnasium in Evergreen, located behind the church at 325 E. Evergreen Dr. There is a suggested donation of $5.
Happel is a fourth-generation Montanan, born and raised in the Gallatin Valley. He is a retired businessman with extensive experience in commercial construction, architectural design, business and planning and owns a small ranch with his wife, Ingrid, just north of Pony, Montana.
He has been a frequent speaker on property rights, banking, finance and liberty issues in Montana. He was also invited by Gen. Paul Vallely, of Bigfork, to become a member of the Stand Up America U.S.A. “Kitchen Cabinet.”
“I have watched in horror as our ‘leaders’ in Washington on both sides of the aisle destroy our country from within with their leftist progressive policies ,” Happel wrote. “I have witnessed the dismantling of our industrial base, economy, and national sovereignty in their headlong rush to global government. My children and grandchildren’s futures are being sold to the highest bidder and I am not amused!”
