WNBA All-Star Shoni Schimmel to give hoops clinic in Pablo

Atlanta Dream guard Shoni Schimmel will put on a one-day basketball clinic on Oct. 5 on the campus of Salish Kootenai College in Pablo.

Schimmel, who played college basketball at the University of Louisville, was the WNBA All-Star game MVP in 2014.

Camp hours are 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Joe McDonald gym at SKC.

The clinic fee is $60. The deadline to register is Oct. 2. The clinic is for boys and girls in grades K-12.

Thus far, campers have registered from seven states and two Canadian provinces.
