Thomas Sherman Smith, son of Andrew and Elizabeth Smith, was born Dec. 24 at North Valley Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.
Paternal grandparent is Cheryl Albrecht. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Nadine Muldowney.
