Jean M. Oberem, 88

Jean M. Oberem passed away Aug. 11, 2015, of a massive stroke in Seaside, Oregon, with her daughter and granddaughters at her side.

She was born March 4, 1927, to Carl and Althea Greiner in Polson, where she grew up.

On July 1,1949, she married the love of her life, William, who preceded her in death in 1995. They made their home after marrying in Columbia Falls. They had two children, Sharon and Bill. Bill also preceded her in death in 1972.

They moved to Seaside to be closer to their daughter and family.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Wucherpfennig and her husband Steve, and granddaughters Christy Wucherpfennig, and Leesa Wright and husband Jim. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren, Amelia and EJ, who were the delights of her life. She is also survived by one brother, Dean, and her wonderful nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
