Judith M. Hillman Allison, 74

Judith M. Hillman Allison, 74, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Aug. 2, 2015, under hospice care at The HealthCenter in Kalispell.

Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held at the Hillview Cemetery in Hinsdale, Montana, at 2 p.m. on Aug. 22.

Judy was born July 28,1941, the second oldest of four children in Glasgow to R.E. “Bud” and Carrol (Carlson) Hillman. She was raised and educated in Hinsdale.

In 1958, she married James “Jim” Arndt and they had five children together. They later divorced.

In 1981, she met the love of her life, Tony Pena, while living and working in Gila Bend, Arizona. She was employed as a secretary for Ford Aero Space from 1983 to 1998. In 1999 Judy and Tony both retired, built and moved into a home in Lakeside. Moving back to Montana was a dream of theirs for many years.

Judy enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, hunting, scenic drives, being with her family, and many trips back “home” to Hinsdale visiting with classmates and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by two daughters, Sharon Lee Arndt and Lori Kay Arndt Fitzgerald; parents, Bud and Carrol Hillman; and Tony Pena.

Survivors include three children, Carol Ann (Arndt) Henry and her husband Rod of Lakeside, Charles “Chuck” Arndt and Shirlee (Arndt) Whitaker and her husband Brett, all of Saco; two brothers, David Hillman and Gary Hillman, and a sister, Shirley (Hillman) Martin and her husband Doug, all of Hinsdale; grandchildren, Curtis Henry, Marci Henry, Lindsey Arndt, Dallas Arndt, Krysten (Fitzgerald) Ousley and her husband Robert, Branden Whitaker and Hanna Whitaker; great-granddaughter, Aubriana Ousley; aunts, Roseanne Cox and Norma Hillman; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
