LETTER: Fundamental issues confronting nation

Two major issues prominent in the valley today are right out of the book of Romans. The worship of the creature more than the Creator (Romans 1:22-25) and the LGBT issue (Romans 1:24, 26-32), which began in 1992 when they came “out of the closet.” The end result of both of these is spiritual death of the individual and this nation (Leviticus 18:21-25).

Cecil the Zimbabwean lion’s death caused outrage among animal rights activists, yet many of them support abortion. When does the life of an animal have more value than the life of an unborn child who has a soul? Life is not the issue, but convenience of the mother.

I scoffed at global warming/climate change being man caused. Science did not support this theory. I now believe it is 100 percent man caused, because man has told God to “butt out” of our schools, our government, and our lives.
