LETTER: A 2002 incident shows danger of immigration policies

| December 16, 2015 7:26 PM

On July 4, 2002, Hesham Mohamed Hadayet, a 41-year-old Egyptian national, living in the United States since 1992, decided to drive down to Los Angeles International Airport, to the Israeli El Al Airlines terminal and with two Glock pistols he started randomly shooting innocent bystanders. He managed to murder one El Al ticket agent, and kill a waiting passenger, but he was shot dead by an El Al security officer while he was shooting at a group of passengers huddled in a corner. God only knows what the mass-murder toll would have been if someone in the crowd didn’t have a gun.

Mohamed Hadayet was another Islamic ticking time bomb inserted among the American population. Who put him there? The deeply embedded leftist Marxist-oriented, politically “incorrect” elements inside the U.S. federal government, that’s who. Today they start right at the top, at the man who currently resides in the White House, Barack Hussein Obama.

Get this. Hadayet claimed to be a “refugee” from Egypt, way back in 1992. He arrived on a tourist visa but claimed political asylum. In Egypt he was arrested for being a member of Al-Gama’a al-Islamiyya, an Islamist group.

According to Wikipedia, “He denied the accusation to U.S. immigration authorities. He said that he was a member of Assad Eben Furat Mosque Association, a group that aimed to ‘understand truly and apply Islamic law in the 20th century under any circumstances.’ Despite these Islamist commitments, he was given permission to live in the U.S. while his asylum application was pending. His asylum request was denied in 1995 but a letter notifying him was returned by the Post Office as undeliverable and no further efforts appear to have been made to locate and deport him.”

So much for the government “vetting” we have been hearing about with respect to moving 27,000 Islamic Syrian refugees into the United States.

Hadayet like Syed Farook, the San Bernardino mass murderer, were both said to be devout Muslims. You know? That “religion of peace” that stupid “politically “incorrect” politicians are always talking about. These people are so incredibly stupid they and their “incorrect” politics are getting a lot of Americans killed.

Obama’s incomprehensible stupidity about matters related to the Muslim world and illegal immigrants in general, certainly and legitimately call into question his loyalties and commitment to the Constitution and his duties to the American people under our Constitution. —William H.
