County looks to fill openings on several boards

 Flathead County has several openings on its volunteer boards and committees.

The Animal Advisory Committee has two vacancies; one term runs through Dec. 31, 2015, the other runs through Dec. 31, 2017.

The Columbia Falls Cemetery Board and Compensation Board each have one vacancy for a term through Dec. 31, 2017.

The county Fire Service Area board has one board opening for a Middle Fork area representative to serve through 2016. That board also has a vacancy for an active firefighter; the term runs through 2017.

Applications will be accepted through Feb. 13.

An application can be downloaded from the Flathead County website or picked up at the Commissioner Office, 800 South Main, Room 302, in Kalispell.
