She said 'yes'

A cloudy Sunday morning did not interrupt Chris Fontas’ plan to propose marriage to Sophia Woodhouse, his girlfriend of 4 1/2 years, on the dock at Apgar in Glacier National Park. Three years ago, the New York City couple made their first trip to Glacier and loved the picturesque scenery. “We fell in love with Glacier and proposing here just seemed like a natural setting,” Fontas said. Woodhouse said yes to the proposal, which was documented by Inter Lake photographer Brenda Ahearn while on private assignment.
