Eric Todd Allen, 46

Eric Todd Allen, 46, passed away July 19, 2015, due to angiosarcoma.

He was born Aug. 27, 1968, in Chandler, Arizona, and raised in Casa Grande, Arizona. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in Casa Grande and attended Central Arizona College in Coolidge, Arizona.

In 1992, he married Stephanie Rankin in Casa Grande.

Eric worked in the propane industry and at the Bowling Center. He then went to work for the Agco Corporation building huge Challenger and Massey-Ferguson farm tractors. He excelled in all of his jobs and was currently co-owner of LaSalle RV Park in Columbia Falls.

Eric enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also loved driving and discovering new sites and routes in the wilds of Montana and throughout the United States.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Everett and Ruby Roark and Arthur and Estel Allen.

Eric is survived by his wife of 22 years, Stephanie (Rankin) Allen; children, Kaitlyn Storm Allen and Jeremy Todd Allen; parents, Leon and Marsha Allen; mother- and father-in-law, Ernie and Melba Castro; and sister, Debra Surrency of Singapore.

The family also wants to recognize those Eric thought of as his “brothers by choice,” Tony McDonald, Jim Pressley, Jack Gearhart, Fred Tucker, Scott Holm, Fabian Rascon, Dave Jewell and Sean Rankin.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Glacier Memorial Gardens.
