Heritage Days on tap in Columbia Falls
Columbia Falls celebrates Heritage Days today through Sunday with a wide slate of events and activities.
Originally known as Progress Days, the city has been celebrating its heritage and the Montana way of life since 1956.
Here’s a look at what’s happening:
Today — Sixth annual car show, 5 to 9 p.m. Marantette Park.
Thursday
- Free open swimming, 5 to 8 p.m., Pinewood Park Pool.
- Farmers market, 5 to 7:30 p.m., Pinewood Park.
- Community market, 5 to 8 p.m., O’Brien’s Liquor Store
Friday
- Wildcat Athletic Endowment Auction and barbecue, 5:30 p.m., Columbia Bar and Grill
- Open rodeo, 7 p.m., Blue Moon Arena.
Saturday
Firemen’s breakfast, 7 a.m., Don Anderson Fire Hall, 624 First Ave. W.
3 on 3 basketball tournament, 7:30 a.m., First Avenue West
