Grad ceremonies stretch over three days

“Pomp and Circumstance” will once again play throughout the Flathead Valley as high school seniors graduate.

Graduation ceremonies begin today and will continue through Saturday. More than 1,105 seniors will earn their diplomas at high schools across the valley.

Following is local commencement information:

  •  Linderman Education Center in Kalispell will hold graduation at 7 p.m. today in the center’s gym. There will be about 122 graduates.
  •  Whitefish Independent High School graduation is planned at 1 p.m. today in the Hope Outdoor Classroom behind Muldown Elementary. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the school for the five graduates.
  •  Flathead High School graduation is slated for 7 p.m. Friday in the gym. About 340 seniors are expected to graduate.
  •  Stillwater Christian School will hold high school graduation at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the gym. Twenty-one students will graduate.
  •  Bigfork High School graduation is set for 11 a.m. Saturday in the gym. Sixty-five students are expected to graduate.
  •  Columbia Falls High School graduation will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the gym. There will be about 174 graduates.
  •  Glacier High School graduation is planned at 11 a.m. Saturday in the gym. Approximately 270 students will graduate.
  •  Whitefish High School graduation will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the gym. About 113 seniors are anticipated to graduate.
