Christine Ann (Jepsen) Moore, 52, “went to be with her Savior” on June 19, 2015, in Kalispell. She passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Christine was born on Aug. 16, 1962, in Hartford, Connecticut, to Richard and Pauline Jepsen. At the age of 15 she moved with her family to Haines, Alaska. She graduated from the Alaska School of Correspondence in 1979.

At the age of 25, Christine married the love of her life, Jeffrey Moore, on Oct. 25, 1987, in Juneau, Alaska. After welcoming two daughters into the world, they moved to Delta Junction, Alaska. They resided in Delta for the next eight years where they welcomed the addition of two sons and their youngest daughter. In October 2000 the family moved to Kalispell. After moving to Kalispell, Christine took on the role of teacher as she homeschooled her four children and celebrated with each of them as they graduated.

Christine was an accomplished homemaker where she displayed her talents as wife, mother, chef, teacher, bookkeeper, housekeeper, chief correctional officer, organizer ... the list goes on. She was passionate about family and gave her life to her children and husband. Her love for her family reached beyond her children and was shared with all her nieces and nephews. Her life was a living testament of her beliefs. Family and faith were her reason to live.

Christine was preceded in death by her first-born son, Samuel Jeffrey Moore; brother, Steven James Jepsen; and grandparents John and Elizabeth Jepsen, and Albert and Alberta Loiseau.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Pauline Jepsen, of Kalispell; husband, Jeffrey; children, Mickelle Fox and Devin, Kristen McLaury and Jesse, Joshua Moore, and Rachel Moore of Kalispell; siblings, Richard Jepsen and Sarah of Delta Junction, Jean Kierce and Dan of Salem, Oregon, Kenneth Jepsen and Joan of Kalispell, Sarah Carbajal and Francisco of Kalispell, Beth Kimble and Ben of Kalispell, and Peter Jepsen and Esther of Kalispell.
