City seeks to fill vacancies

The city of Kalispell is looking to fill current and upcoming vacancies on a variety of boards, commissions and committees.

Applications can be found on the city’s website and must be given to the city clerk by April 6. Upcoming vacancies will end on April 30.

The open positions are:

  • Four vacancies on the Board of Adjustment.
  • Two vacancies on the Airport Advisory Board.
  • One vacancy on the Police Commission.
  • Two vacancies on the Downtown Business Improvement District Board.
  • One vacancy on the Conrad Mansion Board.
  • Three vacancies on the Economic Revolving Loan Commission.
  • One vacancy on the Impact Fee Committee.
  • One vacancy on the Parking Advisory Board.
  • Two vacancies on the Planning Board.
  • Two vacancies on the Street/Tree Commission.
  • One vacancy on the Technical Advisory Committee.
  • One vacancy on the Urban Renewal Agency Board.

Most committees, commissions and boards have requirements, such as residency or property ownership, according to each body’s function.
