Ronald 'Ron' Webb, 78

Ronald “Ron” Webb, 78, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center from several medical issues. His loving family was by his side.

Ron was born on Sept. 11, 1936, in Prosser, Washington, to Frances and Clarence and was raised on a dairy farm along with his two brothers and two sisters. He served in the Army from 1954 to 1957 as an ammunition specialist. He then came back and went to barber school, which was his profession for 10 years. After that, he worked at Benton County PUD until he retired in 1996.

He had a cabin in the mountains and a place at a lake so he and his wife enjoyed many, many great times, as he loved to hunt, fish and snowmobile.

He was preceded in death by his mom, dad, brother and sister.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Dolores “Dee”; daughter, Cindie, of Edwall, Washington; son, Kent, of Lakeside; grandchildren, Misty Dawn and husband of Texas, Justen and wife of Lynnwood, Washington, Maranda and future son-in-law of Spokane, Keith and wife of Yakima, Washington, and Keisha of Yakima; along with seven great-grandchildren. He will always be remembered for his big and caring heart.

A celebration of life will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, at Volunteer Park in Lakeside.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Lakeside Quick Response Unit.
