Dan 'Pizza man' Morrison, 51

| May 28, 2015 5:31 PM

Dan “Pizza man” Morrison, 51, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015.

He was born April 14, 1964, in Helena. Shortly after he was born he was adopted by the greatest people he could ask for as parents, Betty and Donald Morrison. He lived his childhood in Great Falls and Glasgow.

In 1983, in Great Falls, he met the love of his life, Johna. They moved to Polson in 1987 and were married in 1990.

Dan was a terrific father and he loved his children more than life itself. We will treasure every moment with him, along with family and friends riding motorcycles, skiing, boating, camping, shopping and just being together. His heart was so big for everyone and he touched everyone he ever met.

Dan was known as the pizza man and loved Stageline Pizza and Betty's Diner and all of his employees. He was very community involved and was on the Polson City Council for many years. His heart was so big it had no boundaries. He touched everyone he ever met because he was so liked. His cheesy smile will be missed.

“He is now at peace in heaven with his father Don Morrison.”

Dan is survived by his children, Breezy and Bryce; his wife, Johna; sister, Karen Logan; mother and stepfather, Betty and Ivan Kuderling; in-laws, Dave and Ferol Bjur; and a list of nieces and nephews, and an endless stream of “kids.”

A memorial service for Dan will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 31, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Polson. A reception will follow at the Elks Lodge.

In lieu of flowers, all donations may be given to the Polson Police Department or Fire Department in Dan's name.

Messages of condolence may be shared with the family online at www.thelakefuneralhomeandcrematory.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Lake Funeral Home and Crematory.
