Internationally acclaimed health speaker and best-selling author and naturopathic doctor Sherrill Sellman will be the keynote speaker at the Health Expo Oct. 24 at the Red Lion Hotel Kalispell.

Hosted by the Montana Health Journal, the free expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sellman will speak at 12:30 p.m. on the topic, “A New Perspective on Wellness and Aging —The Rejuvenation Code: Unlocking Your Body’s Potential to Heal and Regenerate at Any Age.”

Sellman is board-certified in integrative medicine. A women’s health expert for more than 30 years, psychotherapist, weekly radio talk show host of “What Women Must Know,” senior editor and contributing writer for numerous health publications, she is the author of two best-selling books: “Hormone Heresy: What Women Must Know about Their Hormones” and “What Women Must Know to Protect their Daughters From Breast Cancer.”

She will sign her books and share her wisdom on anti-aging and wellness.

The expo will also feature local health and wellness professionals throughout the day.

“Aging is inevitable,” Sellman says, “But growing old is a choice. It’s absolutely possible to reverse your biological age so you can literally grow younger and healthier.”

A silent auction and raffle fundraiser for the inauguration of Flathead Cancer Aid Services’ new Healthy Nutrition & Supplement Grant Program will be held during the expo. The money raised will go toward providing healthy, locally grown food and much needed health supplements to local cancer patients.

The Health Expo brings the community together every spring and fall to interact with and learn from respected health professionals and browse more than 35 health-related vendors.

A complete speaker schedule can be found on Facebook at Montana Health Journal-Health Expo, or at www.montanaliving.com.
