Sharron Frach Hawk, 71

Sharron Frach Hawk, 71, of Kalispell, passed away Aug. 21, 2015, in Kalispell.

Sharron was born on May 6, 1944, to Robert “Bob” Christian Frach and Mildred Soderstrom Frach in Kalispell. She was raised in Kalispell and graduated from school here.

She married and divorced Larry Green. To this union were born Roxanne “Roxie” Green Erdman and Rodney “Rod” Green. She later married Gene Hawk in 1975 and to this union were born Rhonda Nicole “Nikki” Hawk and Rashawna Hawk. They later divorced.

Sharron’s kindness and outgoing personality, gentleness and courage as well as her positive attitude were truly an inspiration to all who knew her. She enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and playing cards. She also enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. You could always hear her cheering the loudest at all of her grandchildren’s sporting events. She will truly be missed.

Sharron was the first licensed boiler engineer in the state of Montana; she was also the first female motorcycle endorsement in the state of Montana. She worked as a baker as well as a meat wrapper for many years. She cleaned homes and was a caretaker in the Swan, before retiring after 15 years working janitorial at Glacier International Airport.

She was preceded in death by her former husbands, Larry Green and Gene Hawk; her parents, Bob and MildredFrach; brothers, Marion “Buzzy” Smith and Robert G. Frach II; sisters, Eilene and Ike Grahm Kair, and Lois Enevod; son, Rod Green; and two granddaughters, Shannon Erdman and Zowie Keys-Hawk.    Sharron is survived by her three daughters, Rhonda Hawk, Rashawna Hawk, and Roxanne Green Erdman and Glenn, and their sons Ryan and Kyle; Nikki Hawk and children Tayzha Hawk, Cadence Keys-Hawk, Gracie and Faith Dimler; Shawna Hawk; Jackie Gillin and her children Alan and April Smith, all of Kalispell; daughter-in-law, Cristyl Claus Green, and her children Berllynn, Andy and Tia; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Sharron at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home, with an urnside service to follow at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery in Kalispell. Family and friends are invited to attend a potluck in her honor immediately following the urnside service at the Eagle’s Lodge.  Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home is caring for the Hawk family.
