John F. Foyse, 68

John F. Foyse, 68, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on Sept. 12, 1946, passed away peacefully on Sept. 9, 2015, at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls.

He served in the Air Force from 1964 to 1968. While in Vietnam, he received the Airman’s Medal for Heroism. Following his service, he had a long career in restaurant management.

He is survived by his sister, Carolyn and Bill Carlburg; nephew, Tim and Leah Carlburg, of Kalispell; niece Elizabeth Carlburg of Missoula; sons, John Jr. and Beverly, Mark and Sheila; grandchildren,

John III, Spencer, Tyler, Nicole, Megan, and mother of his sons, Pat Kocher, all of West Bend, Wisonsin.

Private graveside services will be held at the Veterans Cemetery in Columbia Falls.

The family wishes to thank everyone at the Montana Veterans Home for all the kind care and friendship given to John over the last five years.
