Woman finds surprise gun, gloves

Columbia Falls Police got a report from a woman who found two guns and a pair of gloves in a black garbage bag in her vehicle Saturday morning.

Police tracked a phone reported stolen from a lodge in Glacier National Park to a Columbia Falls business.

A woman called dispatch to report finding a bicycle and said she would hold the bike until the owner came to pick it up.

Someone found an empty syringe in the middle of a road in west Kalispell.

Police received a call from a man who had caught a skunk in a trap.

A woman reported what she believed to be drug activity across the street from her home. The woman couldn’t tell if the suspects were male or female and could not describe their clothing.

A different woman called police about a man who was possibly on drugs, threatening people in the parking lot of her business. The woman said the man may have had weapons, but specifically was playing loud music and “wiping himself down with wet wipes.”

A man called for a ride home after running his car off the road. The man said he would tow the car out of the ditch the next morning.

Police referred a woman to county law enforcement after she was bitten by a dog named Zeus.

A woman drove away without paying for $26.90 in gasoline at a gas station in east Kalispell.
