LETTER: Regier is constitutional conservative

I hope you folks in the Flathead will vote to keep Keith Regier in the Legislature as he seeks a seat in the Montana Senate.   

I had the good fortune of meeting Rep. Regier prior to the last legislative session while discussing the negative impacts of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes’ water compact on property and individuals, especially within the boundaries of the Flathead Indian Reservation.

I was immediately impressed by Keith’s ability to understand an issue at its root, rejecting pragmatism and political expediency when foundational constitutional principles are at stake.  

During the last legislative session and other public meetings, I was also able to witness Keith’s outstanding ability to articulate his position based on his clear grasp of principles of property and freedom.   

Please keep this strong voice for constitutional conservatism in the Montana Legislature by voting for Keith Regier for Senate District 3 in the Republican primary on June 7.
