LETTER: Banishment is a two-way street

Once again, another egregious offender is banished to this place. The new policy of the Blackfoot Reservation has sent us yet another of their unwanted citizens. Under their new policy, the Blackfoot Council in Browning has decided to throw away its drug dealers by banishing them from the Rez. So we get them.

If they come here, we have to process them though our jails, our courts, or our social net — at out expense. It is time to repay in kind. Send them “ours.” Authorize the county sheriff to buy a bus ticket to Browning, Montana, for any undesirable who just happens to show up in this county.
