Stillwater girls silence Glacier sophs

The Stillwater Christian girls built up a large lead in the first quarter and rode it to a 35-21 nonconference victory at the Glacier sophomores on Monday.

Dori Smith scored 12 points for the Cougars, who took an 11-2 lead after the first quarter. Stillwater led 20-11 at halftime and didn’t expand its lead until late in the fourth quarter, holding the Wolfpack to one field goal in the fourth quarter.

Aly Meeker led Glacier with a game-high 17 points.
