Teenager charged in alleged sexual attack

A 15-year-old Flathead County teen was charged Dec. 6 with felony sexual intercourse without consent after allegedly forcing another teen to have sex.

Kaden Logan was charged after a report was made on May 23 this year about an alleged sexual assault. According to court documents, the victim, now also 15, told investigators that Logan entered her home sometime between August 2014 and September 2014, and forced her down onto a bed. She claimed he pulled her clothes off, touched her inappropriately and raped her before she was able to push him from her home.

Logan is due in court on Jan. 6.
