Kalispell Police have arrested a man suspected to have committed several alleged acts of indecent exposure around Flathead High School and Linderman Education Center.

Joshua Bryant, 21, is facing two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and two felony counts of indecent exposure, according to a Thursday press release. According to Kalispell Investigations Captain Doug Overman, in Montana, the first two cases of indecent exposure are charged as misdemeanors. Subsequent cases filed against an individual are charged as felonies.

Kalispell Police began searching for a suspect on Dec. 19, after multiple reports of a man exposing himself to females while allegedly performing sex acts in a vehicle. Overman said after a social media post asking for assistance in identifying the man, other individuals came forward and said they too had been victims of indecent exposure. The incidents date back to Dec. 8, Overman said. The victims are all juvenile girls or young women, Overman said.

Bryant was arrested and booked into Flathead County Detention Center on Thursday afternoon.
