Kalispell Council to vote on final swimming pool rules

The Kalispell City Council on Tuesday will vote on adopting international swimming pool and spa building standards.

The city ordinance would standardize projects in city limits with codes adopted by the state in 2015.

The additional city workload from the adopted code is expected to be minimal, since there were only six commercial pools built in city limits during the last 12 years.

The Kalispell City Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 201 First Ave. W.
