A Hungry Horse man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly was caught with a small methamphetamine brewing operation in his vehicle.

Samuel Enoch Richwine, 36, was charged last week with one felony count of operating a clandestine lab.

According to court documents Richwine was stopped by a Flathead County sheriff’s deputy on Jan. 26, 2014.

The deputy allegedly located a device that he believed was used in “one-pot” brewing of methamphetamine beneath Richwine’s driver seat.

A report by the Montana State Crime lab determined that evidence and items collected from Richwine’s car were likely used in methamphetamine production.
