LETTER: Immigration fraud has been bipartisan scam

| February 28, 2016 12:00 AM

I attended the Feb. 23 highly informative presentation by Paul Nachman on immigration. Hopefully, it didn’t go unnoticed, that immigration fraud and abuse dates back to both President Bushes.

My concern refers to what Jack Deason in his excellent letter printed Feb. 26 calls the crime syndicate that runs this country, wherein “The leaders of both parties are in collusion to fundamentally transform this nation into one that has no resemblance to the one created by our Founding Fathers.”

Recall that enough Republican “representatives” in D.C. supported open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens to make it a reality.  Hyper-focus on the frightening aspects of the immigrants distracts from the national-sovereignty-destroying motive of the bipartisan criminal element of federal government that usurps the U.S. Constitution at every opportunity. —Annie Bukacek, Bigfork
