A woman is facing felony charges after allegedly picking her children up from school while drunk and then crashing her car on Monday.

Stefnie Rae Sundvahl, 42, was charged with criminal child endangerment.

According to court documents, a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper responded to a report of a vehicle that had slid off Armory Road.

Sundvahl and two children, ages 4 and 11, were in the vehicle. Sundvahl allegedly told the trooper she had been drinking before she picked her children up from school.

Sundvahl performed poorly on sobriety field tests and registered a .187 blood alcohol concentration. The legal limit is .08.

An arraignment was set for Jan. 14.
