Position open on FVCC board

The Flathead Valley Community College Board of Trustees is accepting letters of application to fill a vacant trustee position due to the resignation of trustee John Phelps.  

The successful applicant will serve on the board until May 2016 and may run for election to serve the remainder of the current term. Subsequent terms will be for three years.

Letters may be addressed to the President’s Office, Flathead Valley Community College, 777 Grandview Drive, Kalispell, MT 59901. Letters will be accepted through Jan. 27 from people currently living within the boundaries of Bigfork, Columbia Falls or Whitefish high school districts.

Interested applicants will be asked to appear before the board for an interview.  Interviews will be conducted at a special board meeting Feb. 1.
