LETTER: Europe's women under attack?

| January 21, 2016 11:00 AM

Cologne used to be a perfume. Now it’s chiefly known as a German city where several hundred refugees gathered on New Year’s Eve to commit the worst possible crime against at least a hundred women in their square — for not meeting their own cultural standards.

The German police, under Merkel, refused to interfere. So, now Europe is presently in an uproar. The most serious offense is the collusion of Merkel to hide the abomination, right after it happened. It points to a mentality of insane denial. In Germany alone there are over 1 million of these illegal immigrants.

Predictably, our American media also refused to report this heinous event for days until it showed up on Facebook! Attempts to quash the news was exposed, and political correctness was finally exposed for what it is, nothing less than moral bankruptcy and benevolent weakness. Like sharks, their European guests smell the blood. It is only a matter of time before more eruptions of this kind overtake Europe. Germany’s attempt to hide this crime from its own people is akin to collusion. The government has lost all credibility and the right to rule.

From Hitler to Merkel, Germany may rate as the most bipolar nation of world history. First they kill the races they don’t like, then they import races that want to kill them. Our own president says it takes time to acclimate oneself to a new culture. I agree. I’ve tried as hard as I can for the last seven years and I can’t do it. —Mike Donohue, Kalispell
