Man killed in crash

A Kalispell man was killed in a vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon. 

According to a press release from the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, Bruce Eugene Boles, 55, died after losing control of his vehicle on Farm to Market Road at around 2:30 p.m. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled. Boles was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.

Investigators determined that Boles was one of two cars involved in a “mobile domestic violence event” when he lost control of the vehicle, according to the news release. The driver of a second vehicle was present at the scene but was not believed to have contributed to the crash.

The incident remains under investigation by the Montana Highway Patrol and the Sheriff’s Office.
