Nicholas Ainsworth, 25, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.

He is survived by his wife, Tandi Ainsworth; sons Clyde and Isaac; and parents Stephanie and Cliff Piland. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Columbia Mortuary.
