Dad unhappy with alleged pot usage

A father called for advice from Whitefish Police after his teenage daughter allegedly admitted to smoking pot while under the care of her mother. The man wondered if he should get a drug test for the girl. 

A man carrying a guitar was counseled after he allegedly was harassing people outside a grocery store, asking them for marijuana.

A sofa was reported stolen, then returned to a thrift store.

Officers received conflicting reports that a woman had allegedly been knocked to the ground and punched.

A very pregnant woman agreed to go to her mother’s after she reported that her boyfriend was drunk and threatening to hit her. She said he had not actually physically assaulted her, yet.

Columbia Falls Police took a report about a small black bear going through garbage on Riverwood Drive.

A suspiciously parked running vehicle on Ninth Street West had a sleeping, highly intoxicated person inside, who was waiting to sober up to drive home.
