Whitefish City Council approves hot tub, various rezoning ordinances

Whitefish City Council on Nov. 21:

Approved an amendment to the conditional use permit for the Firebrand Hotel to allow for a rooftop hot tub.
Delayed a decision until Dec. 5 on a resolution to annex about 82.7 of wholly surrounded land on Ramsey Avenue and various other parcels of property.
Approved an ordinance rezoning 1.31 acres of land on Lion Mountain Loop Road. The property was recently annexed into the city.
Approved an ordinance rezoning about 6.42 acres of land on West Seventh Street. The property was recently annexed into the city.
Approved an ordinance rezoning about .39 acres of land without a street address. The property was recently annexed into the city.
Approved an amendment to the engineering design and management agreement with Anderson-Montgomery Consulting Engineers in the amount of $966,825 for the wastewater treatment plan improvements for engineering services up to and including bidding for the construction improvements.
