Local Roundup: Temporary water shut off next week

The City of Kalispell Water Department will temporarily shut off the water main in the areas of Sixth Street East south to 10th Street East, and Eighth and Ninth Streets East from First Avenue East to First Avenue West, from 11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, to 7 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13.

Residents who have water-sensitive equipment such as air conditioners, medical equipment, etc., that require water should use necessary means to prepare for the water outage.

Street closed until Friday

Due to the construction of the Flathead County Sky Bridge, 11th Street West will be closed between Main Street and First Avenue West during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through Friday, Oct. 14.
