OPINION: A debate on moral outrage and 'moral centers' in politics

In a recent debate, Denise Juneau, the Democrat challenging Rep. Zinke for congressional office, brought up the straw-man issue of Mr. Zinke’s support of Donald Trump and Mr. Trump’s questioning of Ghazala Khan’s freedom to speak.

“She had nothing to say,” Trump had said, “Maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me.”

Considering the oppression of women in Islam, that was a legitimate assumption by Mr. Trump. And Khizr Khan, her husband, knew the truth of it, and the damage it could cause to the Democrat smoke screen covering up true Islam and quickly covered it up with the grief card. But the Khans’ son, Captain Khan, was killed 12 years ago and Ghazala still can’t speak because of her grief? What a load of Democrat malodorous spin, that is. Ghazala kept her mouth shut because she didn’t have permission to speak. In Islam, women are considered stupid and only slightly smarter than their neighbor’s dog. Trust me, my family has experience with this.

So what was their son, Captain Humayun Khan, fighting for, since they brought him into the debate? Why was he in the war? Was it in support of the Constitution’s First Amendment that his father didn’t want Mr. Trump to have the freedom to exercise? Or was he there for experience in war-fighting needed by his fellow religionists.

If it was the latter, he was a traitor to his country and, like his father, against freedom of speech. If it was the former, then he was a traitor and apostate to Islam for failing to attack the kafirs (that’s all non-Muslims). He was a bad Muslim or a bad American. If he died for freedom’s sake, then his father dishonored him by trying to deny Mr. Trump freedom to speak his opinion. If he died as a traitor, then his father is a liar — which is permitted in Islam but immoral by any decent standard.

The bottom line on this Democrat psycho-drama as far as our local politics is concerned is that Denise Juneau is the tail that the DNC is wagging because she doesn’t know how to analyze a situation or doesn’t care about truth. She is mindlessly regurgitating Democratic talking points about issues she does not understand.

And she is profoundly mistaken if she thinks patriot veterans are offended by Mr. Trump’s pointing out the truth regarding Ghazala’s silence.

We are not offended, and she needs to stop pretending she knows the hearts of America’s war-fighters.

But Juneau, never giving up a chance to lie, wants us to retain our “moral center” (as if she knows what that means) and remember that most refugees are women, children and families. Does any of this eliminate the danger of jihad among us? If Middle East history and our own recent experience tells us the truth, then we are in great danger from these refugees. It will be just a matter of time and opportunity for one of them to worship Allah with our blood or a sexual attack on our children as the sacrifice offered up. To ISIS, rape and murder is allowed and blessed by Allah if the victim is a kafir (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/14/world/middleeast/isis-enshrines-a-theology-of-rape.html).

And speaking of moral centers, I would like to know how Juneau will vote on proposed (sooner or later, but certain to arrive) legislation if elected that will expose our children to legalized man-boy, women-girl, adult-child sex and then human-animal sex.

Since she is an acknowledged lesbian (at her declaration to run), how will she be able to negate her own sexuality and conform to her political constituency’s sense of morality by voting against it. What if she can’t bring herself to vote for traditional morality under LGBT pressure and defies her constituency and her vote is the one that make degeneracy and reprobation the law of the land?

Are we willing to suffer the moral depredations of sodomy and God’s increased abandonment of our once great land for the sake of being nice (cowardly) to Denise Juneau and politically correct for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

I despise cliches, but here’s one that will destroy us if we let it: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” —Edmund Burke.

Are liberalism and Islam evil? Are you a man, and good? Will you serve on, or abandon, the battlefield of your children’s future? Is voting too inconvenient for you? Does calling your senator or representative challenge your manhood? Well, get over it and take the hit.
