Soccer: C-Falls boys, Whitefish girls home for quarterfinals

Postseason Class A soccer action for Columbia Falls, Polson and Whitefish gets underway Saturday with quarterfinal matches.

All three schools wrapped up regular-season action last weekend.

The Columbia Falls boys and Whitefish girls, both Northern A conference champions, will host matches while the Columbia Falls girls, Whitefish boys and Polson boys and girls all have road outings.

There will a play-in game for boys and girls on Tuesday. Those winners move on to the quarterfinal round.

Semifinal action will be held Oc. 21-22 with championship weekend Oct. 28-29.

The Billings Central girls and Corvallis boys are defending state champions.
