Sarah McFeely adds smoke gouda to smoked ham topped with caramelized balsamic onions, and sliced tomato as she starts making The Autobahn Grinder on Friday, Oct. 21, at the Knead Cafe in Kalispell. The sandwich will be topped off with grilled rye bread and Horseradish-Dijon mayo. The Knead Cafe was recently named the best restaurant in Montana.
