Nancy Johnson, 70
Nancy Johnson, 70, of Kalispell, passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, at Kalispell Regional Health Center.
Nancy Diane Harmon was born in Bagley, Minnesota, on April 29, 1946, to parents Bert and Ida Harmon of Shevlin, Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed at Landstad Lutheran Church in Shevlin. She attended school in Shevlin and graduated from Bagley High School.
Nancy was united in marriage to Johnny Johnson on March 12, 1965, at Landstad Lutheran Church in Shevlin. The young couple lived in Bagley until 1969 when they moved to Kalispell. Kalispell has been their home since then.
Some of Nancy’s interests included Christian ministry through music, traveling, crafts and oil painting, and love for the family dog, Foxy.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Johnny; brother, Alvin (Betty) Harmon; sister, Carol Olsen; sister-in-law, Carrie Harmon; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Harmon, brother-in-law Donald Olsen, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joyce and Vernon Dobson, and one niece and one nephew.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Glacier Memorial Gardens.
