LETTER: Holmquist not good choice for commissioner

I cannot understand why anyone in Flathead County would vote for Pam Holmquist to serve another six years as county commissioner. Look at all the bad choices she made with the bridge to the island in Flathead Lake. She voted, how many times, to allow the bridge and give extensions. There were protests and legal advice not to allow it.

Now the commissioners are stalling with the vote about the disastrous water-bottling plant, I am sure, until after the election! Questions have also been raised about whether Pam Holmquist really lives in her district.

Eileen Lowery is a kind and understanding person. She realizes how important folks are and would do the best for the regular folks. She would never vote to allow the water-bottling plant. She is the best and most knowledgeable person for county commissioner. —Roxanne Brothers, Kalispell
