LETTER: How can anyone vote for Hillary?
At 70 years old, it’s hard to be surprised anymore. I’m baffled at the willful ignorance displayed by American leaders at all levels, and far too many of the American people. When I read letters to the editor trumpeting the Obama administration and promoting Hillary as our next president, I’m amazed.
As we approach the most important election in our history, our foreign policy is a joke, we’ve abandoned our allies, and race relations are now reminiscent of the 1960s. We pander to illegal immigrants, and our leaders are fast changing the demographics of America through refugee resettlement. We’re being moved to a world government. Those are facts, undebatable facts.
President Obama is guilty of treason. I can hear the gasps as I write. Treason? Yes, treason. He’s placed countless members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Homeland Security. He supported the removal of Hosni Mubarak, our ally in Egypt, and replaced him with the Brotherhood. He also led the removal of Muammar Gaddafi in Libya, who, after President Reagan gave him an attitude adjustment, became a major supporter of the U.S. Obama’s actions are, in my opinion, treasonous.
To follow the disaster of the past eight years with the Clinton Crime Family will seal the fate of our once great nation. The Clintons have lied, cheated and bought their way to the height of hypocrisy they now hold. We recently witnessed a monumental slap in the face as once again a Clinton wasn’t indicted for crimes committed.
As a young lawyer, Hillary Clinton laughed about the rapist of a 13-year-old girl she got acquitted. She and Obama allowed people to die in Benghazi. Now, the crime syndicate called the Clinton Foundation accepts bribes in the form of speeches and donations to deliver favorable decisions in the State Department, just as they did when Bill was governor of Arkansas.
Given our current state of affairs, Trump, while an arrogant ass and not a guy I’m fond of, is the only choice. Maybe he can stop the rot in America. Maybe? —Ed Kugler, Big Arm
