| September 14, 2016 6:00 AM

Lawrence Oles Streeter, Jr., 47, of Columbia Falls, passed away Sept. 10, 2016, in Kalispell, surrounded by his loving family.

Larry was born June 11, 1969, in Denver, Colorado, and enjoyed ranch life with the family in Bailey, Colorado, until moving to Bigfork with the family in 1980.

He graduated from Bigfork High School in 1987 and enjoyed working with his uncle Frank in California. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications management from DeVry Institute of Technology in California, he returned to Montana to work with his family in various family businesses.

He moved to Washington for a short while and enjoyed living and working there, but when his dad died in 1997 he came home to help the family with businesses in Columbia Falls.

Larry loved big trucks and cars and especially his Corvettes. He loved learning and sharing his knowledge, and also loved his dogs, music, family and friends. He amazed family and friends and the medical community by his tenacious and courageous fight through his illness and his sheer will to live, which allowed him to enjoy the things he loved in any way he could.

Larry is survived by his mom, Serena Streeter; sisters, Serena (Jim Bob) Pierce and Teresa Little; nephew, Lane Little; niece, Agusta Little; Jennifer Franklin, his significant other; and his three closest friends, Collin Klempel, Chantel Able and Corey Clark.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Streeter

There will be a Memorial Service held at 2pm on Sept. 16 at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home and Crematory in Kalispell.

Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home is caring for the Streeter Family.
