The Smith Valley School Board of Trustees estimates the following increases/decreases in revenues and mills for the funds noted below for the next school fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, using certified taxable valuation from the current school fiscal year as provided to the district: Transportation Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $999.84 increase. Estimated change in Mills: increase of 0.398 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is a $0.54 increase and on a home of $200,000 is a $1.08 increase. Tuition Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $17,043.22 decrease. Estimated change in Mills: decrease of 6.781 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is a $9.15 decrease and on a home of $200,000 is a $18.31 decrease. Building Reserve Fund. Estimated change in revenues: $25,134.00 increase. Estimated change in Mills: increase of 10 mills. Estimated impact on a home of $100,000 is a $13.50 increase and on a home of $200,000 is a $27.00 increase. Total. Estimated change in revenues: $9,090.62 increase.
